Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Tempo is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service.

Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Tempo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
